Returns Overview

At Enviroo, we want you to love what you bought. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please note that we only accept returns under the following conditions:

- Return Timeframe: All returns must be postmarked within 7 days from the date of purchase.

- Item Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, in their original packaging, and include all tags and labels.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps"

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@envirooeco.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Product Code.

2. Prepare Your Return: After you receive the Product Code, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase along with the item.

3. Return Shipping: Once everything is ready, ship your item to the following return address:

Please note: Return shipping charges are covered by us, so you won’t have to worry about the cost of shipping your return

Refunds & Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your return or exchange. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

- Refunds: After processing, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card provider, it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

- Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will send the replacement item once your returned item has been inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Organic Loofahs

- Tongue Cleaners
