Stock Availability

If the item(s) you ordered are in stock, we will pack and dispatch your order from our warehouse within 7 working days. For items that are temporarily out of stock, we will initiate production and dispatch them within 10 working days from the date of your order. In such cases, you will be informed about the delay.

Delivery Timeline

Our courier partners deliver orders from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Deliveries will not be made on Sundays and public holidays. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, or unexpected delays from our courier partners.
